Directions for Use:
1. Brush teeth and dry with tissue before application.
2. Twist base until gel appears and place in ring cup
3. Apply thin layer directly to teeth (avoiding gums and lips). With applicator brush
4. Let gel sit for 20 minutes – do not eat or drink during this time.
5. Rinse or wipe off residue.
6. Use once to 3 times  for first time for  best results.
